Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Laetus Gmbh ARGUS parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Lantech products, including obsoleted and phased-out Lazerdata parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Lauer product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Lantech such as the 30034903 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 9000E manufactured by Lazerdata and we are pleased to be able to service most Lazerdata systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature MT215 by Manufacturer Lauer as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Leeson Brand 92030 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Leeson such as 110415 equipment made by Leeson have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Leeson products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Leeson" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available E155920 made by Lapp as well as the popular 111322 original spares produced by Leeson

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 110709 by Leeson and 110415 spares by Leeson are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 102020 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Leeson.
